Well, it’s that time of the year again. The Easter bunny is hiding eggs, the snow is mostly gone and the tree sap is rising.
We’s visited a maple syrup grove today where they extract maple tree sap and boil it into maple syrup.
The sap is collected by tube now but used to be in buckets. Then boiled to remove the water and leave the delicious maple syrup that all bears love.
Yes, Canadians do eat trees in the great white North LOL.
