Braised steak with carrots and onions in gravy, roast potatoes and turnip, all served with an excellent 2013 Cotes du Rhone.
Only problem… No gravy granules or powder. Holy gravygate Batman.
Run to shop. No fecking gravy, seriously. Shop two, gravy in cans. Shop three, thank God they have Bisto.
Gravygate averted, St. Valentines day is saved.
